About Our Clinic
At PVD Cares Wellness Center, our mission is to provide the highest quality care with an emphasis on evidence-based practice and patient-centered care. It is our mission to coordinate medical care and community resources available to enhance wellness for clients across the lifespan. We offer comprehensive health and medication management services, weight loss management, as well as alternative medication management services. Each individual in our care is seen as a whole person, and we want to ensure the physical, mental, and spiritual person is managed appropriately. We offer immediate medical care for sick visits via telehealth or on-site. We also offer evening and weekend hours as needed.
Effiem King MSN, FNP-C, PMHNP-C graduated Magna cum lade from Maryville University and have dual certification as a Family Nurse Practitioner and Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner.
